Fibonacci Soup

Ingredients:
0.35 of a tea spoon of salt
1 litre of water
1 small onion(approx. 40g)
2 Tomatoes(approx. 150g)
3 Potatoes(approx. 600g)
5 Carrots(approx. 500g)
8 grams of butter or vegetable spread
13 grams of garlic(aprrox. 2 large cloves)
21 grams of Sunflower seeds
+ 34 grams more of Sunflower seeds(approx. two handfulls)

Instruction:
Get a medium to large pot
Shave and cut potatoes into large wedges
Shave and slice carrots
Peel and finely slice garlic and onion
Wash and dice tomatoes

Add garlic, onion, tomatoes and butter into warmed pot and stir for 1 minute, then add 300ml of water and let boil for 5 minutes. Add another 700ml of water and add the rest of the ingredients and let boil for 25 minutes with the lid on, adjust the fire as appropriate.

Can be serve with rice or pasta and in either case they would have to be cooked seperately.
