Root Vegetable Mash:

Ingredients:

400g. Sweet Potato
600g. Potato
300g. Beetroot
400g. Carrot
and Frozen peas






Instruction:

1. Shave and chop the vegetables into big chunks

2. Boil beetroot for 10 minutes, then add the rest and boil until softened

3. Drain once cooked then add some vegetable spread; and mash the content.

4. Cook peas slowly with some soy sauce and serve with mash.

Serves 4.
