6 tablespoons of muesli
1/2 pint of milk or water
Add muesli and milk to a blender and blend for aprox.1 minute (timing can vary depending on blender)
Add sugar if use water.
Nuts and fruits can also be add to the mix including salted peanuts.
Muesli is highly nutritious but can put a strain on the jaw, so this is the alternative. A must for any herbivores, twice a day.
